Procurement process

There is 3 parts in the procurement process of SIM cards. We need a transport key (for encryption) & an input file with production data, SIM card graphics (optional) and a purchase order.

Encrypt the input file with Smartjac’s Public PGP key [Customer]

Use Smartjac public PGP key to send an encrypted text file with IMSI range, OP and transport key. OpenPGP uses private and public keys, and only the private Key in our secure possession can decrypt messages encrypted with our public key.

The transport key included in the input file will be used to encrypt the output file containing IMSI, Ki, and other values. The text file can have the content formatted like this before encryption, where T-key is the AES password:

T-key, the transport key is any kind of alphanumeric password

Encrypting the output file with the transport key [Smartjac]

AES-256-ECB encryption will be used to encrypt the output file with the transport key

The output file will be a simple csv file containing the values required by the customer, for example only:

IMSI,Ki

Or in a more complex scenario:

ICCID,IMSI,Ki,OPc,GPIN,LPIN,PUK,IMPI,IMPU, etc

Openssl , https://www.openssl.org , can be used for encryption and decryption purposes for the output file.
